We may choose not to accept an order for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of products, an error in the price or product description posted on our website or an error in your order.

However, please be aware that our products are made from natural materials, and as such, there may be variations in the colour, grain, and texture of the products. We believe that these variations are what make our products unique and beautiful, but we understand that they may not be to everyone's taste.

When you purchase our products, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk that the timber panels may vary in colour and grain from the samples that you may have received. The actual product you receive may be different from the samples provided, and we cannot guarantee that the product will be an exact match to the samples.

Therefore, by purchasing our products, you accept the inherent natural variations in the timber panels and acknowledge that the appearance of the product may vary from the samples received. If you have any concerns about the variations in our products, please contact us before making your purchase.

All products on our website are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the expected delivery date or to offer you a similar product.

The prices of our products are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment for products can be made through the payment methods listed on our website.

We will deliver the products to the address specified by you on your order. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the availability of products and your location. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date when you place your order.

All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, loss of business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising out of any problem you notify us about concerning our products.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We may make changes to these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on our website and update the “Last Updated” date above.
